A study space you can navigate
VCE Pilot uses labelled form controls, a skip-to-content link, visible keyboard focus, semantic headings and tables, and text descriptions of calculator results. Decorative icons are hidden from screen readers. The historical grade chart also includes a text equivalent. The interface respects reduced-motion preferences and adapts to smaller screens.
Keyboard and display options
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, Enter or Space to activate buttons, and your arrow keys in selects and sliders. Escape closes the privacy-settings dialog. Scrollable tables can receive keyboard focus. You can enlarge text with your browser zoom and use your device’s text and contrast options.
Choose “Reduce motion” in the footer for a calmer interface. The site also honours your device’s reduced-motion preference. Calculated values appear immediately; animations provide feedback without counting through intermediate estimates.
Report a barrier
If something is difficult to read or use, email contact@vcepilot.fyi or use the contact form. Include the page, what you were trying to do and, if useful, your browser or assistive technology. There is no need to disclose a diagnosis.
Testing and limits
We check page structure, labels and text colour combinations when making changes. This is an improvement process, not a claim of complete WCAG certification. Third-party pages, payment checkout and spam protection may have their own accessibility limitations. If the contact form is unavailable, the email option remains available.
