Delete study data from your browser
Saved scenarios, planner tasks and transferred study scores stay in your browser. Use the deletion button on the privacy page or clear VCE Pilot’s site storage in your browser settings. Repeat this on any other device you used. There are no user accounts or synced student records to delete in this release.
Request removal of a contact message
Email contact@vcepilot.fyi with the subject “Data deletion request”, or use the contact form and choose “Privacy, access or deletion request”. Tell us which messages or details you want removed. A form reference or approximate date helps. Do not resend sensitive information merely to identify it.
Please contact us from the email address you originally used. We may confirm the request by replying to that address, rather than asking for identity documents. We will review it, remove information under our control when appropriate and tell you about any record we must retain for a legal obligation or unresolved dispute. This is handled by the operator; submitting a request does not instantly erase the inbox.
Provider and payment records
Clearing browser storage does not delete Cloudflare security logs, Google mailbox backups or a payment provider’s records. Their retention and request processes also apply. For Buy Me a Coffee account or payment data, contact that provider as well. We can help identify records we received, but cannot delete a provider’s separate account on your behalf.
Access, correction or a privacy concern
You can use the same contact address to ask what support information we hold, correct an error or raise a privacy concern. Read the privacy policy for the purposes and retention rules.
Revision, exam dates and result cards
Saved ATAR scenarios, revision topics, practice marks and notes, selected exam dates, personal assessment dates and dismissed tool walkthroughs stay in this browser’s local storage. They do not sync between devices and are not sent to VCE Pilot as analytics. The clear-local-data control removes these study saves and display preferences while keeping your privacy choice.
Result cards are generated in your browser. Downloading a card does not publish it. You choose whether to include subjects and scores, and whether to share the image. Feedback links fill in the relevant tool and page only; a message is sent when you complete the contact form and press Send.
