VCE Pilot currently sells no subscriptions, digital products or paid calculator access. Using the website creates no charge. A paid, ad-free plan is not available in this release.
Optional Buy Me a Coffee support
Support payments are optional and are completed on Buy Me a Coffee. Check its checkout carefully for the amount, currency, any processing fees and whether you are selecting one-time or recurring support. Do not pay if you do not understand or agree to the total. Supporting the site does not buy a guaranteed result, premium access or a tax-deductible charitable donation.
Request a refund or report a payment problem
Email contact@vcepilot.fyi with your receipt reference, payment date and the reason for the request, ideally from the email used for the payment. Please do not send full card details. We will review the request and explain the outcome; do not assume an automatic refund or a fixed bank processing time.
Buy Me a Coffee’s refund policy explains its platform process and escalation options. If you choose a recurring option there, manage cancellation through your Buy Me a Coffee account or its support. Cancelling a recurring payment and requesting a refund for a past payment are separate actions.
Consumer rights
This policy does not exclude any refund or other remedy required by applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Contact us promptly about an accidental, duplicate or disputed payment so we can investigate with the payment provider.
