What the site provides
VCE Pilot offers educational planning tools using historical data and stated modelling assumptions. It is not operated, endorsed or approved by VCAA or VTAC. Estimates are not official results, admissions advice or guarantees of a future ATAR or study score. Check current rules and important decisions with your school and the relevant authority. Read our methods and limitations.
Free access and optional support
The current tools are free and do not require an account or payment details. There is no paid tier or recurring VCE Pilot subscription in this release. You do not need to donate, click an ad or buy a linked product to use the calculators. Optional support through Buy Me a Coffee is handled on that separate platform and does not unlock premium access or guarantee a particular service.
Using the site
Use the tools lawfully. Do not try to access private systems, send abusive or misleading contact messages, disrupt the service or bypass spam protection. Do not submit passwords, student numbers or sensitive personal documents. Younger students should follow the contact-form guidance in our privacy policy.
Availability and local saves
We may fix errors, update data or change tools. The site may occasionally be unavailable. Saved scenarios and tasks are stored in your browser, which can clear or block that storage; keep your own copy of anything important. We aim to explain material changes to calculation methods in the source notes.
Content and external providers
Source data and linked resources remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. You may use the tools for your own planning and share links. For permission to reproduce VCE Pilot content, contact us. The source and asset notes explain attribution. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies; we do not control their prices or availability.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Questions about support payments should follow our refund policy. Contact us if a term or site behaviour is unclear.
