Your privacy choices
Optional analytics are off by default. You can keep essential functionality only, and the study tools still work. Open privacy settings
Cloudflare Web Analytics is available if you opt in. Advertising remains disabled. Advertising needs its own appropriate consent setup before activation; an analytics choice does not authorise ads.
What is stored or loaded?

| Motion preference | vce-pilot:motion remembers whether you choose reduced motion in the footer. It stays on this device and is not sent to another service. Your device’s reduced-motion setting always takes priority. Clearing saved local study data also resets this preference. |
| Cloudflare delivery and security | Essential request and security processing protects and delivers the site. Cloudflare may use security cookies depending on the features in use. Optional analytics settings do not disable security protection. |

Change or withdraw a choice
Use “Privacy settings” in the footer on any page. Saving essential-only preferences stops optional analytics on subsequent page loads. If its script was already running, the page reloads to stop it. A choice applies only to this browser. If storage is blocked, optional analytics remain off and the site may ask again when you visit another page.
Clearing site storage also resets your choice. With JavaScript disabled, optional scripts supplied by VCE Pilot do not load. For emails, provider processing and deletion requests, read the privacy policy.
Revision, exam dates and result cards
Saved ATAR scenarios, revision topics, practice marks and notes, selected exam dates, personal assessment dates and dismissed tool walkthroughs stay in this browser’s local storage. They do not sync between devices and are not sent to VCE Pilot as analytics. The clear-local-data control removes these study saves and display preferences while keeping your privacy choice.
Result cards are generated in your browser. Downloading a card does not publish it. You choose whether to include subjects and scores, and whether to share the image. Feedback links fill in the relevant tool and page only; a message is sent when you complete the contact form and press Send.
