Our response time

We aim to reply within 2 business days: Monday–Friday, Melbourne time, excluding Victorian public holidays. Busy periods may take longer; this is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution deadline.

If you follow up, include your form reference or reply in the original email thread.

A quick answer might be here

Read our five frequently asked questions about using the tools, estimates, saved data and privacy.

A helpful problem report includes

The page or calculator you used.
What you tried and what happened.
The result you expected.
Your device and browser, if relevant.

About calculator results

Our calculators use historical data and modelling assumptions. They cannot confirm your final ATAR or study score. We can investigate a site problem or explain a source; your school, VCAA or VTAC should handle official assessment and admissions questions.

There is no need to include your full name, date of birth, address or student number.
